The White Sea

The White Sea, is often regarded as the lowest part of Skypiea, which is comprised of many ocean clouds; the area itself is the basis of all of Skypiea. White Sea is most notable for its strange, rubbery clouds that bounce objects off of them. A single person of Skypiea, Amazon, takes shelter along the sea, claiming the name 'Gate-Keeper'. With her camera, Amazon is the one to collect the entry fee's to the lands, and if not paid, will often report the intruders so they can be named as criminals. Even though the small gate-keeper lady holds back this crucial information, Skypiea essentially puts a lot of trust into her, despite everyone realizing shes rather slow on the uptake.
